"Educating a young horse is hard enough without having a badly fitting saddle.

My young horse - Vollrath Detonator was showing signs of discomfort by moving around while putting the saddle on, when I tried to get on and worst of all clearly showing his discomfort whilst being ridden.

Several saddles were tried until my instructor lent me his Bates Caprilli Dressage saddle with CAIR panels and an adjustable gullet. My horse's change in attitude was immediate and I have since invested in my own Bates Caprilli, resulting in continued improvement in comfort and performance.
